Ditap-V has got special expertise for complete Automation for distillery plant. Distillery plant is fully automated on Redundant DCS/PLC SCADA system. The sections covered under distillery plant are Grain Storage / Molasses Storage, Handling & Milling, Liquefaction section, Fermentation, Clean-In-Place (CIP) system, Distillation section, spent wash evaporation, decantation, De-hydration, WTP, Cooling tower, bottling, etc.
